Challenge

Roadshow home entertainment were looking to promote the release of Suicide squad as well as increase sales of the Batman vs Superman Dawn of Justice Blue ray films. They needed a reward that appealed to a diverse target market.

Solution

Once again, we were lucky enough to collaborate with our parent company and well renowned brand, Village Roadshow. Together, we addressed their objectives: of driving sales and aligning a reward that appealed to their target market. We worked closely to implement a movie specific promotion. Customers who purchased a participating Batman vs Superman Dawn of Justice product were prompted to enter their unique code online to redeem a single adult movie voucher to a standard screening of the film Suicide Squad.

Results

Overall the promotion was a huge success, with redemption rates exceeding expectations. Ticket sales to Suicide Squad increased, as did the sales of participating Blu-Ray products.
