To incentivise Australian families to buy Village Roadshow films, increase incremental spend levels and provide a reward that added value.
Once again, we were lucky enough to collaborate with a well renowned brand, Village Roadshow. Working closely together, we addressed their objectives: of driving sales and aligning a reward that appealed to their target market. Children movie tickets ticked all the right boxes, so we got busy and built their fully customised website, managed claims and customer enquiries.
From a customers journey point of view, here’s how it all worked: customers that purchased two participating Roadshow DVDs from participating supermarkets were directed to a fully branded website. There, they followed the prompts to enter their personal details and attached a scanned image of their original receipt. Within five business days, successful claimants received a unique code to their nominated email address and they could easily redeem at any Village, Event, HOYTS, Reading, Palace and Indo cinemas.
