Challenge: Roadshow home entertainment were looking to promote the release of Suicide squad as well as increase sales of the Batman vs Superman Dawn of Justice Blue ray films. They needed a reward that appealed to a diverse target market.
Solution: Once again, we were lucky enough to collaborate with our parent company and well renowned brand, Village Roadshow. Working closely together, we addressed their objectives: of driving sales and aligning a reward that appealed to their target market. We worked closely to implement a movie specific promotion. Customers who purchased a participating Batman vs Superman Dawn of Justice product were prompted to enter their unique code online to redeem a single adult movie voucher to a standard screening of the film Suicide Squad.
Results: Overall the promotion was a huge success, with redemption rates exceeding expectations. Ticket sales to Suicide Squad increased, as did the sales of participating Blu-Ray products.
