Edge: What do you enjoy the most about being a Customer Services Manager?
You’ll never be bored! No two days are the same and I find myself continually learning, which I love!
Edge: What was your journey to become a Customer Services Manager?
I actually began my full time career at Edge as Junior Account Manager and have been here for almost 4 years. I have been so lucky to have learnt so much and be mentored by some amazing managers to bring me to where I am today.
Edge: What excites about your role?
I love working closely with my colleagues from all areas of the business to provide the best possible solutions to our clients!
Edge: What has been the most interesting aspect working for Edge over the years?
It always amazes me how much Edge has evolved over the years. When I first started at Edge, the big focus was our physical prepaid cards but there has been a big shift towards our innovative suite of digital products in recent times.
