Challenge: Provide a simple, cost effective 'reward' solution and platform to support Fujitsu General's 'Free Money' campaign whilst upholding Fujitsu's commitment to superior customer service.
Solution: Enabling a platform to facilitate a simple yet flexible claim lodgement process, validation and reward dispatch and access to a dedicated account management and customer service team, along with weekly monitoring and reporting. The end to end solution provided a ‘Free Money reward” to be dispatched to customers who purchased a Fujitsu air conditioner during the promotional period, the value of which was determined by their purchase.
Results: We have had the privilege of working closely with Fujitsu General on one of the biggest gift card promotions in the Australian market to date. Always looking to improve the promotion each year, Fujitsu General wanted to offer their customers a choice of reward this year so a digital reward was introduced as an alternative to the traditional Visa Card.
